Commercial Manager – Residential Developer | Dublin

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading residential developer with a strong long-term pipeline of projects across Dublin.

The Role

• Lead the commercial function across multiple residential developments.
• Manage and develop Quantity Surveying teams.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, cost control, variations and final accounts.
• Manage contractual and commercial risk while maximising project performance.
• Work closely with senior management and project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

The Candidate

• Strong Quantity Surveying and commercial management background.
• Experience with a main contractor and/or residential developer.
• Proven ability to manage commercial teams and multiple projects.
• Strong contractual, procurement, negotiation and leadership skills.
