Our client, an established residential property developer, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee a substantial pipeline of residential developments across West Dublin and Kildare. With over 1,000 residential units in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity offering long-term stability and career progression.

The Role
Take overall responsibility for commercial management across multiple residential developments, including budgets, procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting and commercial performance. Work closely with senior management and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Requirements
Proven senior commercial management experience in construction or residential development; strong quantity surveying and contractual knowledge; experience managing multiple projects and commercial teams; excellent leadership and commercial awareness.

Salary & Benefits
€130,000–€140,000 basic salary, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, excellent pension and hybrid working two days per week.
