Commercial Manager – Dublin

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join an established residential development business overseeing large-scale residential projects across West and South Dublin.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for commercial performance across multiple projects, working closely with senior management and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management, budgets, cost reporting and forecasting across residential developments.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor appointments, valuations and final accounts.
• Manage commercial risk, contractual matters and cost control.
• Support and mentor the quantity surveying team.
• Work with senior leadership to deliver projects to programme and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within construction or property development.
• Strong contractual, procurement and financial management skills.
• Experience leading commercial teams and overseeing substantial projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
