The Role

Our client requires an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through to handover. The role involves leading project teams and maintaining control of programme, cost, quality and safety.

The Company

Our client is an established international building and civil engineering contractor with over 75 years’ experience. Its portfolio spans residential, commercial, life sciences, data centres and infrastructure, with a focus on collaborative delivery, safety, quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring works meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Lead and support Project Managers and site teams, coordinating resources across projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Work with commercial teams to manage procurement, contractual matters and project risks.
• Monitor safety, progress and performance, resolving issues through to completion and handover.
