The Role

• Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Lead and support project management and site teams, working closely with senior leadership.
• Manage client relationships, subcontractor performance and key project stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, resources and progress across the portfolio.
• Drive high standards of health and safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or senior Project Manager with an established main contractor.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale building projects in Ireland.
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience.
