Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth
Salary: €100,000–€120,000

The Role

Our client requires a Contracts Manager to oversee construction projects, supporting site teams and taking responsibility for programme, budget, quality and delivery.

The Company

Our client is an established building contractor with over 35 years’ construction experience and a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects. Its residential experience includes family housing and apartment developments, with an emphasis on quality construction and finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring works progress safely, on programme and within budget.
• Support Project Managers and site teams with planning, resources and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve delivery issues.
• Work with the commercial team to manage procurement, variations and project costs.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and report on performance through to handover.
