Our client is a leading Irish main contractor delivering major construction projects across Ireland. An opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a North Dublin project.

The Role
Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts, valuations, cost reporting, variations and commercial administration, working closely with the project team to ensure strong cost control and project delivery.

Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, relevant main contracting experience, strong commercial awareness and good communication and organisational skills.

Salary: €70,000–€85,000 basic plus a comprehensive benefits package and market-leading pension.
