An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior or Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join an established, family-run main contractor based in Dublin 15.

This role would suit a graduate Quantity Surveyor, someone currently studying towards a relevant qualification, or a Junior QS with up to 3-4 years' experience who wants to develop their career within a supportive commercial team.

Working across a varied portfolio of construction projects throughout Dublin and the surrounding areas, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management.

The Role
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and tender analysis
- Measurement and preparation of quantities
- Supporting valuations, variations and cost reporting
- Monitoring project costs and budgets
- Assisting with subcontractor accounts
- Working closely with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account

The Candidate
We are interested in speaking with candidates at Trainee, Graduate and Junior QS level. You may already hold a Quantity Surveying qualification, be currently studying towards one, or have gained practical commercial experience within the construction industry. Previous experience with a main contractor would be beneficial but is not essential.
