Our client is an established construction and property development company based in Drogheda with a strong reputation and healthy pipeline of projects. They seek an experienced Management Accountant or Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and work closely with senior management.

The Role
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports; manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow; monitor project costs, profitability and financial performance; oversee accounting functions and financial controls; liaise with accountants, auditors and financial institutions; provide financial insight to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); strong senior accounting or finance experience; experience within the construction or property industry is desirable; excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills; able to take ownership of the finance function.
