Project Manager – Fit-Out | Dublin

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Dublin fit-out contractor delivering a varied portfolio of high-quality, fast-paced commercial fit-out and workplace projects.

The Role

• Manage fit-out projects from pre-construction through delivery and handover.
• Take ownership of programme, quality, health & safety and day-to-day project delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, design teams, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Drive procurement, sequencing and short-term planning to keep fast-track programmes on schedule.
• Manage design and M&E coordination, change control and project reporting.
• Maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

The Candidate

• Previous Project Management experience within fit-out, interiors or fast-track commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, design coordination and subcontractor management.
• Commercially aware, organised and comfortable managing demanding programmes.
• Strong communicator with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• Site Managers with substantial fit-out experience who are ready to step into Project Management will also be considered.
