Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth
Salary: €90,000–€110,000

The Role

Our client requires a Project Manager to oversee a residential scheme of over 300 homes in Drogheda. The project is expected to run for approximately two years, with responsibility for delivery through to handover.

The Company

Our client is an established building contractor with over 35 years’ construction experience and a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects. Its residential experience includes family housing and apartment developments, with an emphasis on quality construction and finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and within budget.
• Manage the construction programme, resources and sequencing of works.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and site safety.
• Coordinate with the client, design team and commercial team to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Oversee inspections, snagging and phased handovers.
