Our client, an established medium-sized main contractor and developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development in Drogheda.

This is a key senior appointment offering excellent long-term security, with a strong pipeline of residential work in Drogheda extending over the next four to five years.

The Role

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major residential project from construction through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site management, engineering, commercial and subcontractor teams.
• Manage programme, quality, health & safety, resources and project milestones.
• Work closely with the commercial team, design team, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards, programme and budget.
• Provide clear project reporting and proactively resolve construction and programme issues.

The Candidate

• Proven experience delivering large residential or comparable construction projects with a main contractor or developer.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, programming, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Commercially aware, organised and confident dealing with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Package

€95,000–€110,000 plus a comprehensive range of benefits. The role also offers excellent long-term career security with four to five years of work already secured in Drogheda.
