Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering major construction projects across North Dublin.

You will take commercial responsibility for large-scale projects, managing cost control, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations and reporting while working closely with the project and commercial teams.

Requirements: Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with strong main-contractor experience and a proven track record on major Irish construction projects.

Package: €90,000–€110,000 salary plus market-leading pension, performance bonus, healthcare and company vehicle.
