Salary: €85,000–€100,000

The Role

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, maintaining cost control from procurement through to final account.

The Company

Our client is an established building contractor with over 35 years’ construction experience and a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects. Its residential experience includes family housing and apartment developments, with an emphasis on quality construction and finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost reporting and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare subcontract tender packages, assess submissions and agree appointments.
• Manage valuations, payment applications and subcontractor accounts.
• Assess variations and maintain accurate records of commercial changes.
• Work with the delivery team to manage commercial risks and agree final accounts.
