The Role
• Commercial management of major construction projects
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations
• Management of variations and final accounts
• Working closely with project and commercial teams

Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Main contractor experience
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects
