CROFT Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-run main contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Wexford operations.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for construction projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the contracts and site teams.

Responsibilities will include:
- Cost management and commercial control of projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparation of valuations and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Contract administration
- Negotiation and agreement of final accounts
- Working closely with project and senior management teams

The Candidate

You will have previous Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor and be comfortable managing the commercial aspects of construction projects.

This role would particularly suit an experienced QS looking for long-term career progression with a respected, family-run contractor in Wexford.

Salary & Benefits

€85,000 – €105,000 + comprehensive benefits package, depending on experience.
