Site Manager – Fit-Out | Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors and refurbishment projects across Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys the pace and variety of fit-out work and takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes.

The Role

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the safe and efficient running of fit-out sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site logistics against demanding programmes.
• Maintain a strong focus on workmanship, finishes, snagging and quality control through to handover.
• Work closely with Project Managers, design teams and client representatives to resolve site issues quickly.
• Manage short-term programmes, sequencing and daily site priorities.
• Ensure health & safety standards and site procedures are maintained throughout each project.
• Drive projects through final completion, snagging and client handover.

The Candidate

• Previous Site Management experience within commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment or a similar fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of finishes and the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working to tight programmes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
