Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth
Salary: €75,000–€90,000

The Role

Our client requires a Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining safe working practices, quality and progress on site.

The Company

Our client is an established building contractor with over 35 years’ construction experience and a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects. Its residential experience includes family housing and apartment developments, with an emphasis on quality construction and finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
• Plan works, labour and materials to meet programme milestones.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure agreed procedures are followed.
• Check workmanship against drawings and specifications, resolving issues with the project team.
• Maintain site records and coordinate inspections, snagging and handover activities.
